All these packages build using setup.py, which at some point will go away so it would be a good time to switch to a PEP517 installer.

Packages found using Gitlab code search on "setup.py build"

$ pkgctl repo clone all of them
$ ls | parallel -j 4 "cd {} && makepkg -od"
$ fd pyproject.toml | sed 's|/.*||' | sort | uniq | sort | uniq | wl-copy

If the package cannot be build yet with a PEP517 and you have found a false positive, just mark it as complete.
