Rebuild Todo List Stop relying on virtual libjpeg/ lib32-libjpeg package

In the past libjpeg used to be a thing, but was superseded by the libjpeg-turbo project.

Many packages still rely on the virtual libjpeg or lib32-libjpeg packages (in makedepends and/or depends and/or optdepends), so let's switch them to libjpeg-turbo and lib32-libjpeg-turbo instead!

This way we can finally drop the unneeded virtual provides for both libjpeg-turbo and lib32-libjpeg-turbo.

NOTE: Please make sure to definitely *rebuild* the packages, as otherwise reproducibility will be broken in the future!
