Task Todo List Legacy path for metainfo files

Recently, appstream-generator does not process files installed in the legacy metainfo path under /usr/share/appdata/, [1] so these are missing from our AppStream Catalog.
Please move these metainfo files from /usr/share/appdata/ to /usr/share/metainfo/, and possibly report this to upstream if the legacy path is still used in the install script.
