Rebuild Todo List openmpi 4.0.0 recheck/rebuild (MPI-1 symbols removal)

OpenMPI prototypes for several MPI-1 symbols that were deleted in the MPI-3.0 specification (which was published in 2012) and marked deprecated since 2.0 are no longer available in OpenMPI 4.0.
This has happened without soname bumps and openmpi 4.0 is already in [extra] so please push possible changes straight to the repos.
Please check and possibly rebuild your packages, backporting upstream fixes or small patches may be needed.
Exmaple:
MPI_Type_extent has been superseded by MPI_Type_get_extent
