[arch-ports] missing arch arrays

Hey everyone,

There are lots of packages in the CVS without an arch array, and
makepkg complains about these. I wrote a quick script to add it to all
of these packages, but it'd be quite a big change so I'm asking here
before actually committing anything.

I attached the patch. It's only for extra, I haven't checked core yet.

Also, is there any way to generate better patches using cvs? It
doesn't seem to generate the same format as "diff -ruN", but I don't
know if that really matters or not.
