[arch] eventlog in [base]

i was browsing through base packages earlier and realised that there was a
package listed i hadnt noticed before called eventlog which is a logging
system used by syslog-ng but it isnt installed during setup. only related
links i could find was http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/6000 and
http://www.campin.net/syslog-ng/faq.html#glib.
it seems that libol is only needed by syslog-ng 1.6.x and thus should be
removed from repos since arch already has moved to syslog-ng 2.x.y
