[arch] Keyboard config broke

Try to diff xkeyboard-config files for those languages.
There may be bug somewhere, so permanent solution IMO will be to
report it to mainstream and/or made patch, so it can be fixed in Arch.
Old xkeyboard-config may result in porblems in keyboard-switching applets.
