[arch] dhcpd: latest update causes trouble

Don't need to tell me that! But surprisingly it has worked almost 
flawlessly here for the past 18 months...

Last upgrade was :
[2007-07-24 20:41] upgraded ndiswrapper (1.43-1 -> 1.47-1)

OK, I'll recompile 1.43 for current kernel to see if it works with new 
dhcpd.
