[arch] Packages and c-shell init scripts

Hi,

It should read the (included in the package) /etc/csh.cshrc and
/etc/csh.login files.  Until recently, I had used tcsh as my default shell
without an issue.  I have just checked on my system and the files are there
and they are being sourced.
