[arch] New Archlinux site for the french community

First I have to say , I'm very disappointed to see this website online.

When archlinuxfr.org was created in november 2004 with the help of
Homer242, Comete, Capnemo (and other from #archlinuxfr sorry to not
quote you), it wasn't possible to buy a .fr. So we created
archlinuxfr.org to offer a place for french speaking arch linux users to
share tricks and allow discussions. We start with a forum but rapidly
(in 2005 january) a news section and a wiki were added. Today, I
announced the new website that we speak with other on irc from may and
surprisingly ;) this new website appeared. 

Of course I knew archlinux.fr was bought in 2006 august, but I hoped a
fork could not happenned. Afterall I proposed to members to participate
to the website :

But none of the people on this new website reacted :\ And so
archlinux.fr could be considered as a spam for archlinuxfr.org . So let
me say I'm very disapointed to see that happened after 2 years of hard
work and financement of archlinuxfr.org. Anyway, I won't stop to help to
maintain archlinuxfr.org with the help of all people that provides docs,
advices, mirrors and for some gifts and I hope we could merge the two
sites in one in the view of providing the best service for french
speaking community.
