[arch] AUR in french, once more

No news from main maintainers yet. That's bug me. I know everyone is
busy. But busy during 4 months for a mariage is a little long imho. I
don't understand the point. Adding french to aur take, well, 1 hour
max ? I mean gettext files are here so ... 

Please mainteners, answer. I could understand that you have no time to
do it, but could someone do it for you ? Or is there anything that block
the update. Working on a future version that will be not online in the
monthe shouldn't stop inclusion of french on current aur. Especially
since gettext files are based on current version.
