[arch] Strange changes with 2.6.19..

With the latest (2.6.19 etc) upgrade set, I have seen a couple of changes, 
most were welcome but one is a pain: KDE konsole is now only available as a 
root konsole! Of course, I can always do "su username" to get a non-root 
terminal screen, but a simple ctrl-D makes it a root terminal again.
Has anyone else this problem?  How do I get back my secure user terminal?
