[arch] About French translation for AUR

Just wanted to add that Douglas or me can apply changes to
translations but whether these changes show up at aur.archlinux.org is
up to Paul or Simo, and it's not like they don't want your
translation, it just means that no new release of AUR has been made
since your changes were checked in.
