[arch] kernel .19 series hits testing

Hi
kernel 2.6.19 series is now in testing, it will be the kernel series for 0.8
release
so please test this stuff well before it can go into current repository.
Changes:
- new IDE/ATA subsystem more details below:
The new kernel introduces the new ata/pata subsystem,
- PATA/IDE SUPPORT IS EXPERIMENTAL!
- you need to change from ide hook to pata in /etc/mkinitcpio.conf
HOOKS=
- don' forget to rebuild your initrd image after this modification
- Name scheming changes:
your device nodes in /dev change then from hd? to sd?
-> update your root=/dev/hd? GRUB/LILO entries
-> FSTAB needs to be modified, change all /dev/hd? entries
- Examples:
/dev/hda3 --> /dev/sda3
/dev/hdc8 --> /dev/sdc8
- at the moment it's experimental only activate it
if you know how to rescue the system if something goes wrong!
