Mailing List Rename

Hey guys,

We've renamed both the 'arch' and 'tur-users' mailing lists to 'arch-general' and 'aur-general', respectively.

The reason? The naming was unclear, especially on the tur-users list.

So, please try to use this address when posting to the list. The old address will work fine for now, but it requires me to manually approve mails sent to the old addresses. In a few days I will turn off this behavior.

Additionally, I have kept archive symlinks so that the following two are the same:
