kernel26ck retirement

The current kernel26ck package, 2.6.22.3.ck1-1, will be the last version that I will upload to the [extra] repo. The final -ck release, 2.6.22-ck1, was based on 2.6.22 final, and as it is no longer maintained, it is not being kept in sync with the .y releases from kernel.org. For 2.6.22.3, a rebuild of all -ck module packages was required to maintain compatibility, and similar problems are only likely to become more frequent if further .y updates are applied.

I will update module packages as required as long as the kernel remains in the repo.
